Healthy Rituals to Nourish Your Life
Lead by Acupuncturist + Herbalist Lisa Abernathy
Dive into an exhilarating exploration of the Wood element of Chinese Medicine! As we embrace the yang energy of Spring, representing growth, vitality, creativity and vision, we’ll explore the ways in which these themes take place in our own lives – particularly during this refreshing and energizing season. Discover how to harness this vibrant energy and make the most of this season through body and skincare, diet, essential oils, acupressure points and daily rituals – as well as how to boost your Wood element throughout the year.
We’ll spend the latter part of this workshop discussing essential oils that are supportive of this Wood dynamic and how they can reduce allergies, digestive upset, headaches, menstrual cramps, muscle tension, insomnia, anger, frustration, irritability and stress. Each participant will make and take home her or his own 4oz. essential oil spray, to be used in a room or on the body. The night will conclude with a private shopping opportunity.
